This application is for extension of time to furnish sureties for a period of eight weeks.

By the order dtd. 18th December, 2015, the applicant was granted bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount and cash bail for a period of six weeks was permitted. Mr. Ansari, the learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has not been able to make arrangement for sureties within a period of six weeks from the

Dusane 2/2 Appr55.2016 date of the order, hence has filed the present application for extension of time. He states that the uncle and nephew of the applicant have agreed to stand sureties for the applicant. In the circumstance, cash bail is extended for a period of six weeks from today to enable the applicant to furnish sureties. With this order, the application is disposed off.
