The learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant had deposited an amount as per the award, which is in excess of Rs.8,50,000/-. She seeks leave to withdraw the balance/excess amount. Leave is granted. Balance amount over and above Rs.8,50,000/- be returned to the Applicant. 4.
Statutory amount, which is deposited before this court be also refunded to the Applicant. The court fee as permissible under the Rules be refunded to the Applicant.
