This petition seeks a limited relief in the nature of a direction to be issued to Respondent No.3 for taking an appropriate decision in accordance with law in respect of the reimbursement of fees/scholarship pertaining to the Academic Year 2009-2010 and onwards within a certain time-frame.

Considering the limited nature of relief claimed in the petition, we allow the petition and direct Respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law in respect of the reimbursement of the fees/scholarship pertaining to the Academic Years 2009-2010, 2011-2012, 2013-2014 and 2015-2016, as claimed by the Petitioners, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the order. 4.
