Learned Counsel for the parties have pointed out that the order dated 11 April 2017 ought to have been passed in Arbitration Petition No. 47 of 2015 and that the title is wrongly typed as Arbitration Appeal No. 36 of 2014.

By consent of the parties in the order dated 11 April 2017 the title "Arbitration Appeal No. 36 of 2014" be corrected as "Arbitration Petition No. 47 of 2015".

Pursuant to the order dated 11 April 2017 passed by this Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator Mr. Sadashiv S.

S 2/2 2-ARP-47-2015.doc Deshmukh (Retired Principal District Judge), under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and accepted. Mr. Sadashiv S. Deshmukh (Retired Principal District Judge) is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitral proceedings and not to take necessary adjournments. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to communicate this order to the learned sole Arbitrator Parties to appear before the learned sole Arbitrator on 7 June 2017 at 11 a.m. and/or such other date as directed by the learned sole Arbitrator.
