The petitioner filed an application seeking direction against employer to produce record and proceedings of enquiry conducted against an employee.

Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, it would be in the fitness of things that the petitioner be permitted to issue notice to the employer to produce such record and proceedings. It is, therefore, clarified that the petitioner shall be entitled to issue notice to the employer for production of such record and proceedings.
