This application is moved for modification of the conditions imposed in the order dated 2nd February, 2015 by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant-accused. On querry, it is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant-accused that the applicant-accused has not moved any application for modification of the conditions before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay. The applicant-accused is directed to move application before the Sessions Judge, who is presiding over the anticipatory bail Court in the Shivgan 1/2

APL­118­15 City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay. The order passed by this Court on 6th February, 2015 modifying condition no.(iii) and also directing Investigating Officer not to insist upon the applicant to deposit passport till 20.2.2015 is in force as on today.

I am disposing of Criminal Application No.118 of 2015, however, condition no.(iii) shall remain in force as it is modified by this Court and direction given to the Investigating Officer that he shall not insist upon the applicant to deposit passport shall extend upto final disposal of the application, which the applicant-accused intends to move before the Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay for modification of the conditions. The learned counsel for the applicantaccused submits that he is going to file application within 15 days so to file such application granted time upto 11th May, 2015 and thereafter application to be finally decided upto 31st July, 2015 by the Sessions Judge.
