The learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submitted that pursuant to the order dated 12th February, 2018, respondent No. 1 has brought two Demand Drafts of Rs.44,000/- each in the names of Vilas Ramchandra Satam and Sanjay Ramchandra Satam. The learned counsel submitted that respondent No. 1 shall handover the keys of two premises to the petitioners tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. at the site.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after getting the possession, the petitioners shall pay the maintenance charges and other charges to the Society, as demanded by the Society.

Two Demand Drafts are handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners along with the possession letter of permanent alternate premises in view of the consent order dated 25th October, 2013.

In view of this, as the dispute is sorted out between the parties and the order of this Court dated 25th October, 2013 is satisfied and now the petitioners have no grievance against respondent No. 1, both the Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
