Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's application / representation dated 9th December 2014, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A (page no.7) to the petition as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

In order to enable Respondent No. 2 to comply with this order, we direct the Petitioner to remain present before Respondent No. 2 on 12th February 2018 along with a copy of this order. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions are kept open and patilsr 1 / 2

Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
