This is an application for return of passport and to travel abroad, particularly at Dubai.

2) The Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that even on earlier two occasions the applicant was permitted by this Court to travel abroad for his business purpose by orders dated 27.2.2015 and 8.7.2015 thereby allowing the applicant to travel aboard. The copies of the said orders are annexed to the application. The applicant has also affirmed his affidavit dated 12.2.2016 and has reiterated the said fact. The E-ticket issued by the concerned Air Lines has been annexed to the said affidavit. The applicant intends to travel Dubai between 19.2.2016 to 26.2.2016.

2 /2 3) For the reasons stated in the affidavit, I am inclined to allow the present application.

Hence, the following order.

ORDER

a) The Investigating Officer/Sr. Police Inspector Borivali Police Station is hereby directed to return the passport of the applicant on his giving Itinerary. The said pass-port be handed over to the applicant on or before 16.2.2016. On his return, the applicant shall hand over his passport to the Investigating Officer or the Sr. Inspector of Police, Borivali Police Station. b) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
