In response to the Court's query, the counsel for petitioner on instructions informs that the trial against the petitioner has reached at the stage of recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. As the trial has advanced at a concluding stage, we deem it appropriate not to cause any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and accordingly, disposed of the petition.
