Rule. Ms.Yadav, learned counsel waives service for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.

Mr.Sachwani, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client would file the brief written arguments before the respondent no.3 within three days from today, without fail. Ms.Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that the respondents would pass an order on the application of the petitioner for provisional release of the goods within two weeks from the date of filing the written arguments. The respondents would grant personal 1/2

10-wp1693-22.doc hearing to the petitioner before passing the provisional order of release of the goods. Statement made by both the parties are accepted.

The order that would be passed for provisional release of the goods by the respondents shall be conveyed to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order. If the order is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. If the order is in favour of the petitioner on compliance of the order, within two weeks, the respondents shall release the goods within one week thereafter. 4.
