Parties to the writ petition have amicably resolved their dispute. The agreed settlement is for Rs.40,000/- out of which Rs.10,000/- has already been paid to the respondent. The demand draft of Rs.30,000/- has been handed over to the respondent which is deposited in the bank. The petitioner assures that the demand draft will be honoured.

It is, therefore, made clear that in case the demand draft gets dishonoured, it will be open for the respondent to apply for recalling of present consent terms.

Hence, subject to liberty granted to the respondent, the

The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of consent terms. No costs.
