1. On 14 th June, 2017 this matter came to be adjourned on the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a separate Criminal Writ Petition was pending in this Court seeking quashing of the complaint whereas ad-interim relief granted in this petition may be continued since he wish to seek circulation of the Criminal Writ Petition no.4044 of 2016. Accordingly the matter came to be listed today with the interim protection continuing till today.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that Writ Petition no.4044 of 2016 is already been disposed of on 19 th January, 2017. In the circumstances, the present petition is not pressed. I therefore pass the following order:- (i) In view of the disposal of Writ Petition no.4044 of 2016, this petition is therefore disposed of.

(ii) No order as to costs.
