Heard Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Vanarase, learned AGP for the RespondentState. 2.

The Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, Mantralaya at Mumbai, to hear and decide the Appeal bearing no.4903 of 2017 in the matter of Liyakat Hanif Sayyad v. Dattu Pandu Shinare & Anr, within a period of 1 month or as expeditiously as possible & within such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem ft and proper in the interest of justice;

It is the contention of learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the said Appeal has been heard in 2019 and even written submissions have been fled, and the same has been closed for passing orders, however, orders have not yet been passed. 4.

In view of this position, the Hon'ble Revenue Minister is requested to hear and decide the Appeal bearing No.4903 of 2017 expeditiously and, in any case, on or before 29th February, 2024. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
