Shri Shishir Hiray, the learned counsel for respondent no.1, states that CBI has no objection to permit the applicant to dispose of the vehicles, provided, the applicant undertakes to deposit the sale proceeds with the CBI within 2 weeks from the date of the sale of the vehicles.
