3] This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 3rd April, 2013. The record shows that, on the basis of the petitioner's said complaint, one N.C. Complaint is registered under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The said complaint of the petitioner is annexed in this petition at page 14.
