P.C. :
This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2 vide order dated 16th January, 2018, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in connection with C.R.No.634 of 2017, registered with Bharti Vidhyapeeth Police Station, Pune, for the ofences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 323, 504 Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Mr.Arote, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submitted that charge-sheet is fled and the case is pending for
rpa 2/2 7 appln 72 2018.doc committal. Bail granted by the Sessions Court considering the fact that relationship was consensual. Respondent no.2 was arrested and he was in custody.
None appears for the applicant. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 26th July, 2021, advocate for applicant had appeared and sought time. On 16th July, 2021 also applicant's advocate was absent.
I have perused the documents on record and the impugned order. The Court has assigned reasons for grant of bail. Since more than three years the respondent no.2 is on bail. There is no reason to interfere in the order granting bail. Hence, application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
