This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole applicant / plaintiff on record. 3.

Mr. Ingale submitted that sole applicant died on 13.11.2017 and the application is filed on 01.02.2018, which is in time. He further submits that respondent No.2 herein is also one of the heirs of the sole applicant. As he has refused to sign Vakalatnama, he is impleaded as respondent No.2.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A. shall be carried out within one week from today.
