The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given application for recognition of petitioner as Government Recognized Association under Rule 29 of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979 for Divyang (physically challenged) Employees in Government and Semi Government Establishments. The same is not yet decided.

In case, the proposal dated 25th March 2021 (Exhibit 'D') is pending with respondent No.2 and if the respondent No.2 is competent to decide it, the same shall be decided by Gaikwad RD 1/2

38.WPNo.19012022.doc respondent No.2 on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy preferably within six months. The respondent No.4 may also present his case before the Authority.

Except the above directions, we have not considered the other prayer clauses.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
