The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that following statement recorded in paragraph 2 of the order dated 18th January 2018 in Writ Petition was inadvertently made:

"The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that wife of the fourth respondent is now elected as a Councilor and the illegal structures erected by the fourth respondent and his wife have not been demolished."

The learned counsel for the first and second respondent on instructions

caw363 of the first respondent states that the fourth respondent's wife is not an elected Councilor.

In view of the aforesaid statements, we pass the following order:

(I) Paragraph 2 of the order dated 18th January 2018 shall be deleted;

(II)In paragraph 3, the words "Subject to aforesaid directions," shall be deleted.

(III)Corrections shall be carried out to the original order as well as order uploaded on server.

(IV) Civil Application is disposed of.
