At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of the investigation police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court, Andheri, Mumbai on 29th June 2022.

In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the Trial Court, as may be permissible under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
