....

None for the Applicant.

Mr. Prabhanjay Dave, for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. S.V. Gavand, APP for State.

CORAM : SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.

DATED: 13th SEPTEMBER, 2021.

P.C.:- The Applicant has sought cancellation of bail granted to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 by order dated 26/10/2016 in Bail Application No.2213 of 2016 and by order dated 05/12/2016 in Bail Application No.2303 of 2016.

2.

None present for the Applicant despite opportunity was given. I have perused the records. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that subsequent to the fling of the application, charge sheet has been fled and that the Respondents have been released on regular bail. He states that Respondents have not violated the terms and conditions of bail. He further states that one of the co1/2

Megha 12_appln_73_2017.doc accused was granted pre-arrest bail and that the challenge to this order has been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Having gone through the record, in my considered view, order of bail is neither perverse nor suffers from any infrmities. The Respondents have also not misused the liberty.

3.

Considering the above circumstances, the application has no merits and is accordingly dismissed.
