The application is moved for withdrawal of the original documents i.e. Ration card, Aadhar card, Election card and Pan card of the Applicant which he had filed at the time of trial of the suit. 2.

In view of this, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw the Vishal 1 / 2

prod-7-caf-764-2016.doc aforesaid documents subject to keeping the legible photocopies of all the documents on record which are certified by the Assistant Registrar of the First Appeal. The Assistant Registrar to return these documents to the Appellant on undertaking that these documents would be produced at the time of hearing of the Appeal or as and when asked by the Court.
