This Application is moved for modification of the terms and conditions, which are imposed by this Court by order dated 12th January, 2018.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that this Court has passed the order of furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount and one of which is a local surety. He further submits that it is difficult for the applicant/accused to get sureties of such higher amount and,

Trupti 901-appp-108-18 therefore, the amount of bail bond be reduced so also he be allowed to furnish two or three sureties to make good of the bond amount.

The learned APP for the respondent/State submits to the orders of this Court. She submits that two of them may be local sureties with immovable property.

In view of the above submissions, clause No. (a) of paragraph no.5 of the order dated 12th January, 2018 passed in Bail Application No. 3013 of 2017 is modified as follows: The applicant/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) with two or three solvent sureties in the like amount. Out of three solvent sureties, two should furnish surety of an immovable property and one should be local surety.
