Learned APP on instructions submitted that, present crime i.e. C. R. No. 76 of 2008 registered with Cuff Parade Police Station, Mumbai culminated into Sessions Case No. 726 of 2016. That, the trial Court after conducting a full-fledged trial has convicted Petitioner by its Judgment and Order dated 14th June, 2017.
