a) Hearing of Writ Petition No.6948 of 2004 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizen.

b) Office is directed to place Writ Petition for Mohite 1/2

17 caw508-16 final hearing in the weekly board in the list of Senior Citizen as per its turn.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
