The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned proclamation was withdrawn and a fresh Notification is issued and hence the first prayer does not survive. It is stated that in respect of the second prayer, the petitioner would make an application before the appropriate authority. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background. The prayer to withdraw the Writ Petition is granted.
