Heard Mr. Sabrad, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

By order dated 5th September, 2018, the C.R.A was disposed of as 'not pressed'. The applicants were directed to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the respondent on or before 5th October, 2018. The C.R.A was ordered to be listed for reporting compliance on 9th October, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. On that date, the applicants were directed to produce the original undertaking of applicant No.3. 3.

As per the order, Mr. Sabrad has tendered undertaking of applicant No.3, Rahmathullah Abdul Karim Shaikh dated 4th September, 2018 which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Mr. Sabrad has also tendered possession receipt dated 5th October, 2018 signed by the parties. The same is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Mr. Sabrad states
