The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which was stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 20.04.2016 for the reason that steps were not taken against the original Petitioner No.3. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that in fact Civil Application Stamp No.14065 of 2016 was already filed on 06.05.2016. Hence having regard to the said fact, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition Stamp No.31117 of 2015 is restored to file. List the Petition for orders on 10.03.2017.
