This is an application for relaxing condition imposed vide order dated 16th June, 2015, passed by this Court, in Criminal Bail Application No.667 of 2015.

2022.02.17 16:20:26 +0530 RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER jurisdiction of Virar Police Station, till the conclusion of the trial. It is contended that for a period of about six years, the

rpa 2/2 12 ia 524 2022.doc applicant has complied the condition. The prosecution has examined most of the witnesses. There is marriage in the family of the applicant. The child of the applicant is ailing. The co-accused Raju Chandar Gowari, who was granted bail by this Court had also preferred an application for relaxation of similar conditions and the said application has been allowed by order dated 10th December, 2021. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application can be allowed.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Interim Application No.524 of 2022, is allowed; (ii) Condition no.(iii) stipulated in order dated 16th June, 2015, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.667 of 2015, stands relaxed;

(iii) Interim Application No.524 of 2022, stands disposed of accordingly.
