DATED : 6th DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- In furtherance of the order dated 22nd November 2021, the learned APP Mr.Patil, in presence of the Investigating Officer, makes a statement that on 23rd November 2021, the complainant and the applicant remain present before me and on the same day, a statement was made by the complainant that he has received amount of Rs.71,000/- and the statement is effected whereby the applicant has agreed that he shall pay the balance amount in six amounts. Accordingly, the Investigating Officer has recorded the statement of the complainant and applicant which form part of the investigation.

Subject to the statements that have been recorded as above, the order dated 12th February 2020 is made absolute in the aforesaid terms, with a modification that the applicant shall report to the police station as and when called for.
