The challenge in this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to the rejection of an application for recasting of issues.

Undisputedly both parties conclude their arguments. After conclusion of arguments, the defendant has filed an application for recasting of issues. At this stage, the Court was justified in rejecting the application. There is no legal infirmity in the order. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
