Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 62 days in filing the criminal revision application. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed the prayers as made in the application. He submits that no case is made out for condonation of delay.

Having perused the averments as made in the application, in my opinion sufficient cause has been made out. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b'. 5.

List this criminal revision application for admission on 21st February 2018.
