After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact, that the case is of 2017 and the accused are in custody for more than 3 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The advocate for the applicant to place the aforesaid order before the learned Special Judge conducting the trial, so as to enable him to conduct the case expeditiously.
