2023.10.16 10:50:44 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE (f) of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 in Suo Motu Application No.32 of 2018.

After filing of First Appeal against impugned Judgment and Order, this Court by its Order dated 27 July, 2023, admitted the First Appeal and so also granted Ad-interim relief. 4.

I have heard both the sides and I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application.

The First Appeal is already admitted and ad-interim relief granted earlier in Civil Application to continue till further orders. 6.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '(a)', which reads as thus :- "Pending the hearing and final disposal of the first appeal this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the effect, operation, execution and/or implementation of the judgment and order dated 21.01.2019 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune under Section 41-D(1)(f) of Maharashtra Public Trust Act in Suo Moto Application No.32 of 2018."
