Pursuant to the order dated 2nd February 2017 granting prearrest bail, the applicants-accused have attended the police station. 2.

Trupti 09-ABA-206 & 207-2017 submits that hereinafter the applicant-accused Amit Jadhav shall not contact the prosecutrix and shall keep away himself. He further submits that the applicants-accused do not have any criminal record. 3.
The learned prosecutor while opposing this application informs the Court that the police have recorded the statements of the witnesses and the police have also read whatsapp and face-book chat, and it appears that they were very friendly with each other. 4.
I have already perused the papers. It appears that this offence of kidnapping has taken place out of love affair. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants-accused, I confirm the order of pre-arest bail, which was earlier granted by the order dated 2nd February 2017 with the same terms and conditions, except that the applicants-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet. 5.
