Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Civil Application. He however, makes a submission that the petitioners want to prosecute further studies i.e. post graduation. He submits that the petitioners are ready to give fresh undertaking apart from the undertaking which has already been given in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 23.7.2013. In case petitioners submit further undertaking, the competent authority shall examine the same and if permissible and if found
