By this Civil Revision Application, Applicant original defendant no.11 challenges the order dated 26.09.2017 passed by 6th Additional Judge, S.C.Court and Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune below Exhibit-1 in Special Civil Suit No. 517 of Mohite 1/2

4 crast3306-18.doc 2013 holding that that court has jurisdiction to try and decide the Suit.

In view of subsequent development i.e. deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Application. Hence, Civil Revision Application stand disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.
