Perused the police papers. The Applicant had earlier been permitted to go abroad on certain conditions. She had not violated those conditions and came back. Now, the Applicant proposes to travel California, United States of America. She has to take care of her daughter-in-law who is at the advanced stage of pregnancy. The Applicant has given her schedule of visit to United States of America. 3.

Pending the prosecution, the Applicant had been permitted to travel abroad thrice. This Court, therefore, finds no reason to refuse to grant her permission again to travel to California, United States of 1/2
