Heard both sides.This is an application by Appellant No. 8 for expeditious hearing of the above First Appeal on the ground that the Appellants are senior citizen. Perusal of the copy of Aadhaar card of the Appellant No. 2 (Roman John Gonsalves) shows that he is about 77 years old. The other Appellants are also stated to be senior citizens.
