The Learned Counsel Shri. Shrishail Sakhare holding for Shri. Tejal Poyrekar on instructions states that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and therefore the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The said statement of Shri. Shrishail Sakhare is sought to be countered by Shri. A. J. Kandarkar the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent by stating that the Marriage Petition which was pending in the Family Court at Pune has been decided in favour of the Respondent. Since the Petitioner desires to withdraw the above Petition, it is not necessary to go into the rival contentions. In view of the said statement made by Shri. Shrishail Sakhare, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
