The petition got adjourned on last 2-3 occasions as learned AGP was to take instructions. Today the learned AGP submits that Mr. B.B. Patil, Under Secretary, Health Department is present in Court. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that after putting in ten years service in total, the petitioner under the policy adopted was posted as medical officer at Yevala. Learned Counsel submits that petitioner's daughter is studying in XIIth standard and his wife is not keeping good health. They are all residing at Nashik. Two

2/2 wp1460.15.sxw posts at Nashik are available in Health and Welfare Training Center, Nashik and District Tuberculosis Centre, Nashik. The petitioner is BAMS degree holder. Therefore, he could be considered for appointment to either of these posts. Learned Counsel submits that petitioner is making a request on the ground of personal difficulty which could be sympathetically looked into by the respondents. 3.

We direct the respondents to look into the request made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision on the same as stated above within two weeks from today. Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.
