Mr.Gorwadkar, learned Senior Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, subsequent to the filing of present Petition, Mahim Police Station, Mumbai has registered a Crime bearing C.R. No. 62 of 2023 on 8th February 2023. He produced on record a photocopy of the said proforma First Information Report along with statement of Petitioner annexed thereto.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr.N.K. Ghadge attached to Mahim Police Station, submitted that, all the necessary measures will be taken to investigate the said crime, as per the provisions of law. Said statement is accepted.
