Heard. By this petition, the Petitioner alleged that the Respondent failed and neglected to comply with order dated 15/04/2013 passed by the Judge, Cooperative Court No.2, Mumbai in Dispute No.CC/II/180/2012 for not taking steps to hold an election of Managing Committee of the Lokmanya SRA CHS Ltd.

Both the counsel state that subsequently, the Assistant Registrar, SRA conducted election in the month of November 2014 and at present a new Managing Committee is in charge of the society. 3.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Same stands dismissed as infructuous.
