1) Heard respective counsel. Perused papers. It is a matter of record that order passed by Ombudsman, initiating criminal prosecution against present applicant has been set aside by the Appellate Authority on 16/12/2014. For the reasons assigned in the order dated 09/02/2015, the interim relief granted in favour of the applicants needs to be confirmed. 2) In view of this, applicants deserve pre-arrest bail.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each and one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Applications stand disposed of.
