Mr Pitale for Respondent Nos 2 to 6 makes a statement that the representation made by the Petitioner which is at pages 98, 101 and 105 will be decided by the competent authority within a period of six weeks from today.

Mr Mishra for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is entitled to alternate accommodation and/or adequate compensation as per policy of Respondent No.2 in respect of road widening scheme as prayed in clause (c) of the Petition. 2nd May 2024

It is open for the Petitioner to make comprehensive representation including the reliefs which are sought in prayer clause (c) with the Respondent-Thane Municipal Corporation within a period of two weeks from today. The Thane Municipal Corporation to hear and decide the Petitioner's representation, if any, on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of receipt of the representation.
