The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has taken the papers from him and also taken no objection from him. No alternate arrangement is made. Perusal of the impugned order would show that the Petitioner had requested that RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER he may be permitted to take voluntary retirement and his son may be RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2023.12.15 15:05:07 +0530 appointed on compassionate basis. The said request was rejected. At that time, the age of the Petitioner was 54 years. Today, the Petitioner must have crossed the age of regular superannuation. Even otherwise, during the pendency of the Original Application though Rajeshri Aher

2 29 wp 2534 of 2020.doc the Petitioner's request of voluntary retirement was not accepted, his request to give alternate post in view of his illness was accepted by the Respondents. Perhaps this is the reason the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
