At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, in the present case the Trial Court has already framed charge on 15th December 2021 and therefore the present Application for quashing of First Information Report along with Chargesheet does not survive.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to participate in the said trial and to agitate all his contentions before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
