The limited relief is sought in this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to decide Appeal No.9 of 2015 filed by the petitioner pending before the respondent No.1.

The learned AGP has placed on record copy of the order dated 15th May 2018, vide which Appeal No.9 of 2015 stands decided. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence the petition stands disposed.
