The Petitioners' claim is that they are working as "Jr. Clerk" with Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Seeking approval of their appointments, the Respondent No. 2 submitted a proposal before Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer.

The grievance of the Petitioners' is that even after long lapse of time, the said proposal has not been considered and decided by Respondent No. 3.

The prayer has been made to direct the Respondent No. 3 to decide the said proposal for grant of approval of their appointment on the post of "Jr. Clerk" with effect from their respective dates of appointment.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we are inclined to dispose of these Petitions by directing Respondent No. 3 to examine the said proposal and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of order of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petitions are disposed of .
